I have made my first XHTM compliant site that should be finishing up in the next few weeks, as well as the 5 rolls of film I had, have now been developed and are being sorted for the gallery.

Last night was Alberta’s 100th birthday and it went off with a bang. During supper two fighter jets blasted by in formation, and it was impressive they seamed so close that you could touch them. Roomers that I had herd said that there was going to be fireworks all over Alberta and a satellite would take the pictures, so I would like to see them.

So I was looking at the new dream weaver site today, ya ya finally got around to it. And it looks pretty swanky. a lot of the more currant websites i have been reading up on and viewing are all doing amazing things with css2 and I’m psyched to give it a try.

I am presently working on developing a theme for WordPress to use as well as tracking down a gallery that will cover the features that i want to include. my next step is to re-work the gallery tweaking colour and contrast here and there as well as weeding out some of my no longer favorite pictures and adding a few as well, i still have 5 rolls of film I need to get developed. So for now I’m playing and having a great time learning all this new stuff.

I have been working away at finding some sort of image gallery for WordPress and it’s an interesting process. I managed to get one working now I want it to work for me. WordPress is an interesting program in it ability to take a plug-in and integrate it into the rest of the site so I look forward to playing with it.

I lost 2 hard drives, but managed to back everything up. I reinstalled windows 4 times and I think I finally have a virus free install. I would finish the install the network drivers and then install my virus scanner then BAM I have viruses. So I’m slowly getting everything back to normal. I have about 6 rolls of film from the honey moon to put up, I’m going to work on that shortly and get them all sorted out, I still have 2 other rolls to get developed as well as the wedding photos so there is lots to do.

Well Kristi and I are slowly starting to accumulate furniture; we have a bed coming on Tuesday. And we got a TV stand. So as far as all that goes we need some shelves, microwave and a DVD player. And some extra time to get out photos developed. I haven’t been on the computer much at all, I have a virus ridden computer since I moved and am not behind a router. I also have a hard drive that is about to bite the dust…. So I’m not too happy with the whole computer sucking thing.

Well I’m in my new home with my honey we have practically no furniture, just a bed and a kitchen table so we have the necessities covered. We are hoping to get out pictures developed as soon as possible from the honey moon; I think we got some really beautiful shots. And I hope they tuned out as nice as they did.

Well last night we had our wedding rehearsal from 7pm-11:30pm and only managed to get 3 test runs thought, it was probably one of the most stressful days I have ever had. And it was only stressful because every one was getting a long and messing around. Our dads seam like new best friends, my friend and Kristi’s brother wouldn’t stop goofing around and no one was orderly. Then we forgot most of the important decorating so at 11:30 we had to leave the help.

Around 12am we cut my hair outside in the dark and wind, because my mom didn’t want hair left al over the washroom (tile floors).

And now I’m trying not to forget anything for the honey moon. I know the night will be unforgettable but I think Kristi and I will both be glad to just be done.

So when I get back from everything I will post the wedding photos and honeymoon pictures on a separate site I think.
