Welcome to the personal blog and showcase of Adam Patterson, an Edmonton Based Graphic and Web Designer. The basic principle behind my site is to give my work a home for people to view and to voice my opinion on a variety of topics.

The site is running off of WordPress with a custom CSS and XHTML theme for WordPress, The Gallery is running on Gallery2 using WPG2 to integrate into WordPress.

Equipment

I have a collection of cameras that i like to play with. i have a Richo Diacord from around 1965 as well as a Konica EE-matic from the same erra. I first started shooting with a Canon TX and shortly after moved to a Canon AE-1. A year or so after i got a Canon Elan 7 and purchased a few inexpensive lenses. Today i primarily use my Canon 40D Digital SLR.

1. Akismet checks your comments against the Akismet web serivce to see if they look like spam or not. Spam runs ramped on the net these days and this is one of the best ways to stop it.
2. AutoMeta Automatically generate and include HTML Meta Tags and Technorati Tags based on the full text of your post. By Rich Boakes.
3. Brian’s Latest Comments This shows an overview of the recently active articles and the last people to comment on them. 5. Dean’s Code Highlighter This plugin using Geshi to highlight source code in your posts. i was searching for days to find a plugin that would allow me to show code in wordpress without it getting formated by the editor. this one seams to be one of the best that i could find.. By Dean Lee.
