So much has been going on! were to start.. Ok my brother in law and his wife are expecting a baby next week, thats great news! soon there will be one more in the family. To top things off Kristi and i are also expecting a baby in November. Thats right im going to be a daddy!!

On to other news as you probably know i have updated my Addressbook and Spoke Calculator. I found something called CakePHP.

Cake is a rapid development framework for PHP which uses commonly known design patterns like ActiveRecord, Association Data Mapping, Front Controller and MVC. Our primary goal is to provide a structured framework that enables PHP users at all levels to rapidly develop robust web applications, without any loss to flexibility.

I’m reading over the manual at the moment, i believe its installed correctly. Its based off of the Ruby on Rails, so for a newbie like me it seams a little confusing. but like i said I’m reading the manual. It recommended i use the Zend Studio to play with Cake so i shall try it out.

I’m also working on about 5 simple Wordpress themes and should have them done some time soon, i might release them one at a time of in a package, who knows. I am also working on a hand full of horizontal navigation themes that will have joining PHP for current page and of course the CSS.
